Tryout Information - 2026

2026 - 2027 U9 Competitive Tryouts

Please select the correct package when you register on RAMP:
1. Registered/Returning Players Package: For players returning to EOGHA or who have already transferred. Note: You must also be registered for the House Season Registration Package. Players will use the same jersey/socks for both tryouts and house sort-outs.
2. New & Import Players Package: For players not registered with EOGHA for the upcoming season. This package includes your tryout jersey and socks.

Fees: Tryout registration fees are non-refundable and do not include regular season registration fees.
Registration: Season registration will take place after players accept a position on a competitive team. (Players already registered for the House program will need to be switched to the competitive program package).
Out-of-Association Players: If your player was registered with another OWHA association last season, you must email a signed Permission to Tryout (PTT) form to compregistrar@gcgh.ca before their first session. Players from minor hockey or those with a formal release from their home association do not need a PTT.

Before formal tryouts begin, players will participate in mandatory preparation and skill sessions.

No Evaluation: Players are not graded or judged during these skates.
Eligibility: To attend, players must be fully registered for the EOGHA house league season. Players not registered with EOGHA cannot participate.
