2026 - 2027: House Sortouts (U9-U18)

The dates for the preparation (a.k.a. rust-off) sessions and sortouts listed below are subject to change. Please check this webpage frequently for the latest news and updates. Players may be divided into groups for some sessions. Please check your SPAM or Junk mail folder frequently during tryouts to avoid missing important notifications.

NOTE: If players are divided into groups, families will receive a communication 24-48 hours prior to each session advising which group and time they are to attend. Players will be advised which colour jersey they will be wearing upon check-in.

Players not registered with East Ottawa Girls Hockey Association cannot attend the rust-off sessions.

IMPORTANT: To make the rust-off and sortouts sessions a success, volunteers are needed as den moms, bench monitors, trainers (qualification required), and time-keepers. Reminder that males/dads are not allowed in the dressing rooms for U11 and up. If your child needs assistance (e.g. skates being tied) they can ask one of the female dressing room supervisors or ask the player to leave the dressing room.
